#AskTheExpert hello dr. i am operated on 10.10.20 and deliver baby girl. now i am going to complete 3 months but i still have pain in stomach and my stomach is still very loose and have lots of strtch mark. please suggest what to do to overcome pain.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. if you had a cesarean section 3 months before so the pain may be there for a few months do not very gradually it will become normal just take a healthy diet and do some regular exercise
