#asktheexpert Hello Dr. i'am 9months pregnant and my due date is 3of feb my baby is in oblique position I'm very stressed tell me what to do? and one more thing I'm using stool softener recommend by Dr but loose motions are happening with me

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist7 months agoA. If your interstate is cleared, then you can stop using the stool softeners. If at the end of 38 completed weeks if the baby is still an oblique position then you can go for an elective surgery. No need to stress out about it. Sometimes it could be septum inside the uterus, and even that could be the reason
