A. Weight gain, especially around stomach area is common after delivery. To reduce it, first make some dietary changes withn inclusion of fiber and protein rich foods and plenty of fluids. Reduce intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Do skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, breathing and Yogasnas. Drinking warm jeera or lemon water first thing in the morning will help too.
