#asktheexpert hello doctor...yesterday was my growth scan...USG gestational age is 30 weeks 5 days...and lmp is 3.10.2024. baby weight is 1614 gms. is this weight ok at this time???

A. Hello my dear! It should be as long as your doctor is okay with the scam results. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green, leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your daily diet. Speak to your doctor for further guidance.
