Hello Doctor While coming down the stairs, my husband while holding the baby slipped and fell. My baby slipped from his hand and fell on the stairs and to the ground (on the last 2 steps down). He started crying and we consoled him and checked for any injuries. He has no injuries, but his right eye is little red. He stopped crying in 10-15 mins and after feeding, he became normal, active and laughing. This happened in the afternoon and he is normal till now. His eye is still a bit red and he spit milk like usual once in the day. Our parents told us not to worry and it’s alright. But we could not stop worrying. Can you tell us what to do next, if we need to take him to the nearest hospital.

A. Hello ma’am I also believe that your child is perfectly fine because it has been almost 24 hours and your child is normal so there’s nothing to be worried about for the same but I would like to tell you at the same time that if your child’s eyes is red it could be due to Any reason so would advise you to consult your doctor ones and get the eyedrops for the same and probably your problem will be solved as of now I don’t think so you need to worry about anything at all
