#asktheexpert Hello doctor.. which folic acid is good for conceive? when to take and what will be the duration of the medicine?

A. Folick acid medication so do not helping conception but they’re used to reduce neural tube defects if you start taking them before getting pregnant. Daily one tablet is enough for now
