#AskTheExpert ..hello doctor want to know about teething ,my son is going through this and he have extreme pain in his gums..start shouting with pain getting irritated..and want to know if baby upper jaw teeth is coming first so will that be harmful for him

A. the process of eruption of teeth in the day we can start anytime from 6 months to 1 year this is a physiological process there is no harm the baby is getting upper teeth first
