ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician4 years agoA. For this type of patches need to examine ur baby throughly. And also rule out that these are since birth or after that. If not since birth then These patches may be allergic or infective(fungal or becterial) in origin. Need to examine ur baby Visit ur nearest pediatrician He will examine ur baby and guide u in a better way. lop
