#AskTheExpert hello doctor my son now 4year 6month and he is of height 100cm and weight of 12.5kg he plays a lot and he is very active my concern is he is not growing as per his age any suggestions,, morning milk at 7:30 and an egg beakfast at 9 then again after the break fast bannana again 1-2 lunch (rice dal and ragi ball) he sleeps around 3 wakes up around 5 evening milk,/sprouts/fruit juice night again' dinner

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. all diet is good, weight is less as per his age,If your child is alert, active. Growth is well within normal parameters, than not much to worry about it. still. Do Consult your paedritician to rule out underlying cause of underweight and treatment accordingly.
