#asktheexpert Hello doctor, My son jai 3 yr 10 m old. He is not gaining his weight, right now his weight is 13.5. plz suggest any thing.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom as far as he is active for his age and also eating a healthy and well balanced diet their is no issue at all, a little varation is acceptable.
you may prefer to give him now all usual family foods, and also gradually increase the variety and number of meals and quantity.
