#asktheexpert Hello doctor... my son is very excited and as well as very anxious and angry , he is hurting himself whenever we r refusing him by doing something which is not correct , please suggest me how to get him out of this .

Give your time and attention
Do lots of fun activities together
Make meal time fun with toys and story telling
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals protein rich nutritious food
Maintain hydration
