POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. After 6 months too, keep feeding Nan Pro or any other good formula milk Stage 2 till 1 year, After that, you can introduce cow milk. Now, you can also start with some semi solid foods in the diet like lentil puree, mashed banana, apple, pear and carrot puree, ragi and sooji porridge, home made cerelac, etc.twice a day and 4-6 spoons per serving.
