#asktheexpert hello doctor, my son is 4yr old. Height is 110cms and weight is 23kgs. is the weight more or okay? if it's more how should I make him lose weight? thank you

It seems like baby is overweight
Limit milk to 500 ml a day
Give three meal and two snacks
Avoid bakery products like bread and maida
Encourage baby to do regular exercise yoga meditation
