DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 42 days old and he use to make grunting sounds while sleeping so mostly due to gases troubles so burp him properly and give 5 drops of colikaid sos

Hi parent if your child is happy and healthy and active and take proper sleep and food then no need to worry about this matter please give plenty of breast feeding to your child when you're child is demanding please give daily massage and sun light exposure
