#asktheexpert hello doctor my son is 3.5 but still he can't speak a word he jst speak letters to speak a whole word.. plz suggest can he speak later on???

It’s a delay in the speech of your child looking at the age with what you mentioned I can send a proper delay in the page so I’m just going to recommend you to consult a speech therapist for further assistance as the situation maybe the doctor has to examine and advise you on that basis only
