my baby is 29 months old but till today he doesn't speak a word. what should i do to make him speak

Author of questionMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. its not that he doesn't just around 1.5yrs he do speak few words like give me, bro or sis, get up, grandma, star etc etc... but now he is totally silent about words and no eye contact.... moreover he keep his mouth shut and grind his teeth with full of sound

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. if the child is 29 months old and even if the child is not speaking even single word it would be better if you you ask your doctor regarding this doctor will guide you properly and then accordingly you can decide for the management for this thanks
