Q.

#AskTheExpert hello Doctor... My son is 2 years 1 month old.... I stopped breastfeed around an month back... And started to give him tonned milk at nights.... Since almost a month... He is not accepting his meals... The regular dal rice or oats or anything in his meals...he is relying on snacks like chips, roasted bengal grams or anything similar.... Please suggest on how should i make him eat his meals... He is very refusal while trying to feed meals... Otherwise he eats fruits and snacks

A. good morning try to include coconut water and buttermilk in a day at least twice it is a natural form of the appetizer that will help to improve the appetite of the child and make changes and give variety is the babies liking to have the snacks prepared at home itself some healthy snacking can be given
