#AskTheExpert Hello doctor, my son is 2 and a half months old. From birth he hiccups a lot in a day very soon after burping nearly 4 to 5 times per day. does it cause any problem? please explain why does it happen ?

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom When the babies they suck excess air while feeding sucking and crying this cause hiccups. So no need to worry. This is very much normal in babies and absolutely no issues with this. Take care and all the best
