#AskTheExpert Hello doctor..My son is 2.5 months old..my breastmilk has decreased because of which I am forced to give formula to my baby..But I think formula is causing indigestion problems..Doctor what to do to increase breastmilk?

A. hi please do the following things: offer plenty of feeds because the more your child latches,the more milk is produced. massage your breasts with coconut oil. take healthy and well balanced diet. keep your body well hydrated you can take leptadine tablets or shatavary granules with warm milk. stay stress free.
