SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, firstly since baby has completed one year start giving all type of food which you prepare at home but make sure it is less oily and less spicy. Instead of three big meals plan to give five meals in a gap of four hours between each feed In a small quantity.Between that you can give adequate liquids like buttermilk, coconut water, fresh fruit juice made at home, vegetable soup, milkshakes. Add jaggery instead of sugar. Add ghee instead of oil. Make a timetable so that you can cover all type of pulses, veggies, fruits, dry fruits in a week up. And take your baby out for playing like cycling or walking for about half an hour in a day. You can try this and see the changes.
