#AskTheExpert hello doctor! my son is 1 year and 1 month old and he doesn't likes cow's milk. substituting with calcium rich foods is enough or Should I opt for any lactose product from the market??

A. hello if the child does. ot like cow's milk directly then try giving it indirectly and also you can include other dairy products well so the it meets the daily calcium requirements and also replacing with other calcium rich food should be good enough for the child
