#AskTheExpert hello doctor..my son age is 1 year 1 month old n his weight is 9 kg..is normal or not..n how much milk can be given to him not (bf) others...plz suggest me how to increase weight..

A. weight at one year shoulcd be 10 kgs . and noe tru to give a full balance diet with all nutrients and green leafy vegetables dairy products. milk two times a day is sufficient

A. The Weight of your child is quite decent don’t worry about that you can introduce buffaloes milk to the child deluded into the portion of 80 and 20% water and start giving that you can add fruits to the mail to make healthy fruit milkshake and you should go about 180 ML if that’s like a normal appetite of your child so start with somewhere around 120 ML and increase the quantity gradually looking at the appetite of your child
