#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor, My son, 20 months old had fever for 24 hours a couple of days back. Now he is having cough and cold along with red spots in the leg. Please suggest if it is concerning. Please find the pics attached for reference.

A. .Any pediatrician should examine the baby as it may be some under lying problem with the baby . If fever is there then paracetamol can be given for immediate relief . No any medication without consulting doctor .
