#AskTheExpert hello doctor, my kid s 6.5 months old.. his birth weight was 2.65kgs. now he s around 6.3kgs.. is dis a normal weight gain?? currently m giving him fruits like apple,butterfruit,orange n banana.. soilds I started with cerelac.. n to start ragi seri next week.. please guide me what to give to make him gain weight doctor..

A. yes weight n weight gain is normal. Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) . Moong Daal water, rice kangi. Ragi , oats, khert,rice porridge.

A. good morning the baby had a good weight gain you don't have to get worried about it at all I would recommend that you should avoid giving Orange to the baby for now and remaining you can continue
