hair fall after delivery is a temporary issue.take iron and calcium supplements until one year as a breastfeeding mom it is very important. Take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated which is good for skin and hair. Have a healthy diet, take fibre, calcium, iron rich food.Expose yourself to sunlight for about 20 minutes to 30 minutes in a day.
Apply oil to hair and gently give a massage and leave for about half an hour and take bath. Always use luke warm water to take head bath. Avoid too much of hot water. Use mild shampoos.Write Your Answer Here
