as kids grow their activity level also increase so it is normal and obvious that the gain of weight is not so rapid.
so if your child looks happy and active, gains enough weight then no need to worry.
for Healthy weight gain, offer starch rich food like boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice to your child.
give energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child.
add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet
give Massage to your child daily
but if your child has low weight gain,then please check for nutritional deficiency , worm infection, dehydration or stomach problem like colic, constipation and indigestion
