#AskTheExpert hello doctor.my daughter is 6 years old.she has dark circles around her eyes.n she has always puffiness at upper portion of her eyes.so my question is why is she having this problem at her age? thank you

Anemia: If your child isn't getting all the vitamins and minerals they need from their food — especially iron — they can develop anemia, which can lead to dark circles. To address this, you should try encouraging your child to eat more iron-rich foods, or you can give them an iron supplement.
