#asktheexpert Hello Doctor, My daughter is 4 months 19 days old. Everyone says that her weight should be nearly 7 or more than that because her birth weight is 3.3 kg. Now her weight is 6.1 kg and height is 65 cm. I m worried why her weight is not increasing? Can you tell me what should I do?

A. hi babies weight gain depends on their birth weight ,it is true but usually they gain 500grams per month so don't worry your child weighs normal. please feed your child on demand feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well which help to increase your child weight. give Massage to your child daily maintain good hygiene
