#AskTheExpert hello doctor....my daughter is 3.11 yrs old suddenly since sat shez having cough and fever.....i have been giving Ibugesic and meftal p alternatively.....and asthalin syrup for cough.....but dant seem to relieve her kindly help...

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. if there is no relief it medicines advisable to consulted doctor Cold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi first , measure the temperature if it is 100f or above , please visit your pediatrician. dress your child lightly rub onion slices on chest and back of your child which helps to cure these. keep your child well hydrated
