#AskTheExpert Hello doctor. My daughter is 21 months old and weighs 9 kg . Her birth weight was 2.5kg,she is active but her immunity towards cough cold is low. Giving her Iron and multivitamins. Upto what age is should give her multivitamins and iron? She sometimes gnash her teeth.

A. hello mam teeth grinding can be due to worms in the stomach or due to stress please visit your pediatrician ones as he or she might be able to guide you better after checking the gate
