Q.

#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor, My daughter is 12 months old and she weighs 8.6kg.. Doctor tells she is healthy...But as a parent we want her to look bubbly/chubby... Is there any milk powderb or anything u can suggest..

A. no need.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.

A. No I will not be able to suggest you anything but you because your doctor is completely write your child is having the right weight if your child is not chubby does not mean that your child is not healthy you should always focus on concentrate on having a healthy child rather than having a chubby one
