#asktheexpert hello doctor my daughter 5 year 3 months but she was 15 kg weight only my son 3 year 11 months weight 18 kg they both are same height and look like twins please suggest me diet for my daughter

Your child is smaller is quite good with the height probably which is why the weight is on the healthier side and for your child the other one who is five years old and introduced more of proteins to the child that should be beneficial for overall weight gain and growth and height
