#AskTheExpert Hello doctor my child is eating well but still not putting any muscle weight. What should I do?

A. Hello mom Good quality proteins like milk and milk products you can give some milkshakes made out of fruits apart from that you can give dry fruits ,dals and legumes like Rajma ,Chana ,seasonal fruits and vegetables ,millets,whole eggs.
