A. Use Vaseline or Boroline either of the two on the lips of your child regularly a lot of times when hydration is not maintained in the body the water content is not up to the mark is very normal for a child dry lips most of the times so I think you should maintain hydration in the body by giving good amount of liquid and fibre to the child
