#asktheexpert hello doctor my C section held on 12 aug now I’m very stressed and depressed due to brest feeding problem my nipples are inverted and areola is tight so he cannot latch properly and now we are feeding him with spoon what should I do doctor please tell me?

You can actually do hot compress that will help other than that you can also use nipple shield because women who have inverted nipples usually use nipple shield to feed their child that is also going to help if you good amount of feeding you can also express your breastfeed and you can give it with the medium of feeding bottle spoon is going to be little tedious you can use it if you want otherwise bottle is easier to use
