DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 13 months old and she is having a fever upto 102 degrees then you should give her plenty of water and syrup ibugesic plus 5 ml three times a day

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory procevfss in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
