Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. loose motion is because of increase motility of intestine, which may because of some infection, or maybe because of some toxins released by the bacteria it may be because of some viral infection also and most of the time lose motions are associated with fever or vomiting or loss of appetite to control it. Supportive treatment is required where proper hydration needs to be maintained. So some probiotic and over solution are required. Antibiotics may be required, but it should be given only in guidance with the vhdoctor, maintenance of proper hygiene is very important. Watch for the urine output. If loose motions are very frequent.
