#asktheexpert hello doctor, my baby is 7 months old and she's partially on breastfeed and partially on formula milk. I had started giving oats , my question is can I give oats in formula milk?

A. hi it is better to avoid giving oats as they are bulky in nature. please prefer homemade healthy food I mean,offer food like sheera, rab, porridge, khichdi, soup, khichu,etc for your child it is safe and hygienic
