#AskTheExpert , Hello doctor, my baby is 4 month now. is it fine to give him cow milk daily twice ? and from when I should start giving water to him. please advise.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no water n cow milk is suitable at the age of 4 month of age..give breast milk or formula until they’re six months old. It has all the hydration and nutrition they need in the early months.

Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi dear To provide the best diet and nutrition for your infant, the AAP recommends: If possible, you should feed your baby breast milk for at least the first 6 months of life. You should give your baby only breast milk or iron-fortified formula during the first 12 months of life, not cow's milk.
