shreya goelMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello mom There is not any sort of food restrictions. If your baby is having thyroid issues, you can add anything. You just have to avoid giving the food items which are advised by your doctor to be avoided. Rather than this you can just try to give daily routine food to your baby.
