#AskTheExpert hello doctor my baby is 3months old sir.when I'm feeding her she vomiting all the milk and she is lossing the weight.give me some suggestions sir .thank u

A. hi you need to visit your pediatrician please give small and frequent feeds but do not over feed your child keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding burp your baby in between and after each feeding
