#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor, My baby is 3 weeks old and exclusively on breast milk. lately her belly gets swollen hard, sometimes even pukes a little of the milk after feed. she grunts and struggles to pass gas and stool. she urinates frequently and normally. how do I relieve her from this ?

A. avoid over feeding, Post feeding burping is importan. To help expel gas from tummy. Practicing tummy time will help. Massage on tummy in clockwise direction. Apply hing paste around navel n do leg folding exercises.
