A. itks the gas colicnoain pain and Colic is very common in babies mainly in infancy . Only mother milk and also burp well after feed . gastica drop for gaseous trouble and meftal saps drop 1 m l for stomach pain can be given .

A. Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver. its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows milk in babies may be aggravating JJ g factor. proper burping after each feed is very important. Enzyme preparations like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.
