For healthy weight gain, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of full cream milk every day which includes milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Continue to breastfeed till 2 years. Add ghee to every meal. Give 4 to 5 meals a day and up to one katori every time.
