#asktheexpert Hello Doctor, my baby girl is 10+months old and she is not eating food since few days, she is irritable while eating, only small amounts she is having and as first parents we are bit worried. Please let us know how to deal with it.

mostly the reason is teething
please give massage with clean finger on sore gums of your child
provide silicone teether
offer soft food like khichdi rice fruits etc to your child
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
