#asktheexpert hello doctor, My baby boy is 8 months old. Recently I started feeding him with solid food. for the past 1 month he has considerably reduced the quantity of drinking milk...( I give formula milk).. now a days he is drinking only at night times.. I am worried a lot about this.. Please advice me on this

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, since you have started giving solid baby will start taking solid food more and reduce the milk quantity. See the urine output and the baby weight gaining. If both are normal then baby is doing good nothing to worry about it. Give adequate liquid and keep your baby well hydrated. Make your own timetable so that you can give different type of veggies, fruits each day.
