Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi it might happen because of teething please give massage with clean finger on sore gums of your child provide silicone teether. offer soft food like khichdi, rice, fruits etc to your child provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
