#asktheexpert Hello doctor, my 3 months old boy demanding feeding when ever he is awake. He is on exclusively on breastfeed. Breastfeed continue. For 1.5 hours to 2 hours. What is the reason? I consulted my gynaecologist she said my milk flow is very good. And my baby is gaining good weight.

A. wieght gain depends upon birth wiegth and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it . . .. . . . . . .. . . . . .

A. Some babies demand breastfeed even after their stomach gets full. Keep a gap of every 2 hours and burp your baby after breastfeeding. If your baby still demands breastfeed within 15 minutes of breastfeed then you can go for a pacifier to pacify your baby. However consult with your paediatrician for better suggestion.

A. Hi mom Feed after every 2-3 hours interval or when demanded by the baby. Some babies they suck just to pacify themselves. So no need to worry. It will be fine as baby grows up. Take care and all the best
