so at first, ensure that your child should have weight between 9 to 12 kg.
and if your child weighs enough, looks happy and active then no need to worry about his or her appearance .

as a child is 2 year old and he or she is weak ,first try to offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet.
offer green leafy vegetables, citrus fruits more which help to built strong immunity.
keep your child well hydrated.
