Isse increase increase karne ke liye baby ki diet mein fat and protein rich foods include karein like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, paneer and 600-700 ml milk everyday including variety of fluids. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks .

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
